A good way is to practice using a mirror so you can remember how to position your mouth and tongue to produce the appropriate sounds.
Pronouncing the [r] sound:
Many ESL students often mistakenly pronounce an [l] sound instead of an [r] sound.
To produce [r] sounds, make sure your tongue is curled toward the roof of your mouth, but without touching the top of your mouth!
Pronouncing the [l] sound:
To pronounce [l] sounds, remember to press your tongue behind your top front teeth!
